- Oversees and Supervise employee logistics management
- Ensures and maintains the cleanliness and quality of company’s equipment and furnishings.
- Working on inventories.
- Creates daily, monthly and annual reports on supplies requisition and costings
- Monitors and maintains office housekeeping
- Practices efficiency especially in handling purchase orders and canvassing procedures
- Performs regular inspection of furniture and fixtures, bulbs and lightings, electrical outlets, restroom fixtures to ascertain that everything is in good working condition.
- Coordinates with purchasing for the deliveries of procured items
- Handles site improvement projects
