Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
  • Must be a leader that sets standard and expectations through his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character
  • Create and deliver end-user, partner and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement
  • Deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs
  • Able to deliver projects and motivate trainees through effective trainings
  • Manage design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as on going learning opportunities across organization, in support of the organization’s need
  • Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted
  • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
  • Developing effective induction programmes
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
  • Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
  • Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research;
  • Ensure that Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives;
  • Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct

You must have:

  • A Two or Four-Year College Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Two or more years of recent BPO Company experience
  • Proficiency in the use of PC applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills
  • Able to work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and longer hours
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills required.
